Each session is designed specifically for you. Our goal is to empower you with tools that allow lasting transformation beyond the session. The first session is 2 hours and 30 minutes. Sessions after that are 2 hours each.

Whether you're carrying fear, shame, grief, or anger, art becomes a bridge between the inner world and healing. No artistic skill is needed only a willingness to explore and express. You’re welcome to use any art supplies you have at home, or simply a pencil and paper if that’s all that’s available.

The sessions are done online via Google Meet. Once payment is received a link for your session and intake forms are sent to your email. The forms need to be filled out and sent back before your session. We do offer a payment plan if you book more than one session.
