  How Does Hypnotherapy for Chronic Illness Work? 

 

During a session, you'll be guided into a deeply relaxed, focused state where your subconscious mind is more open to positive change. In this calm space, we use carefully crafted suggestions, healing visualizations, and tools designed specifically for your experience with illness.

 Living with a chronic illness can feel overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally draining. Our Counselling with Art sessions offer a gentle yet powerful path to healing, especially when traditional talk therapy feels too heavy or hard to navigate.


Art allows you to express what words often can’t. Through creative expression, you can explore the emotions tied to your diagnosis, process your experiences, and reconnect with your inner strength all in a safe and supportive space.


Whether you’re facing fear, frustration, grief, or uncertainty, art becomes a tool to externalize and make sense of what you’re going through. 


No artistic skill is needed—only a willingness to explore and express. You will need to supply your own art supplies for the sessions, or you can use a pencil and paper for the activities if you don't have any art supplies.

 Chronic illness often carries an invisible emotional burden such as frustration, sadness, fear, even grief. In our sessions, art becomes a gentle yet powerful tool to give your experience a voice. How The Sessions Work

The sessions are done online via Google Meet. Once payment is received a link for your session and intake forms are sent to your email. The forms need to be filled out and sent back before your session. We do offer a payment plan if you book more than one session. Please email us for more information about our payment plan or take a look at our payment plan options on our website. You can book sessions through our website or via Email and WhatsApp.

What You Will Need For Your Session

You will need a stable internet connection, a phone, laptop or PC and earphones with a microphone for the session.
