Each session is designed specifically for you. Our goal is to empower you with tools that allow lasting transformation beyond the session. The first session is 2 hours and 30 minutes. Sessions after that are 2 hours each.

Through creative expression, you can begin to explore the emotions of grief — sadness, anger, guilt, love, longing — and give shape to what’s been lost. No artistic skill is needed, only a willingness to explore. You’re welcome to use whatever art supplies you have available, even just a pencil and paper.

The sessions are done online via Google Meet. Once payment is received a link for your session and intake forms are sent to your email. The forms need to be filled out and sent back before your session. We do offer a payment plan if you book more than one session.
