I have had three counselling sessions so far with Kirsten online. After these three sessions I found
myself being able to cope so much better with my emotions, my anxiety and grief.
The reason I booked the art counselling sessions is that I have been suffering from anxiety and grief after the sudden death of my son. If I feel I require more sessions, I will definitely contact Kirsten.
I found Kirsten to be so gentle and has empathy and understanding of my feelings. Working and
expressing with art and receiving counselling from Kirsten has been a wonderful experience.
